Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of a new attorney, Lynn Piscopo, to the Hudson Valley law firm. 

With nearly two decades of experience in commercial transactions, commercial real estate and development, and residential real estate, Piscopo’s broad legal background includes working with a wide variety of business organizations, lending institutions, and individuals.

“Lynn is a highly regarded lawyer in our region, and we are thrilled to add yet another talented attorney to our ranks,” said Managing Partner Michael Blustein. 

Piscopo focuses her practice on business law, commercial and residential real estate transactions, zoning and land use, banking and settlements, business formations, buying and selling a business, estates and probate, landlord/tenant law, municipal law, and 1031 exchanges. Admitted to the New York State Bar, she is a graduate of Marist College and Pace University School of Law. Prior to joining BSF&B, Piscopo ran her own law firm for over a decade as a sole practitioner specializing in commercial and residential real estate. 

Currently an adjunct professor at Marist College, Piscopo has taught in the paralegal department for nearly two decades, and has also served as a visiting associate professor of Business Law at Marist College and as an adjunct professor at SUNY New Paltz.
