Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone, LLP (BSF&B) has expanded into Sullivan County with the opening of an office at 449 Broadway in downtown Monticello. Lawyer Barbara Garigliano recently joined BSF&B as its newest partner, and will be in charge of Sullivan County operations.

A well-known lawyer in Sullivan County, Garigliano’s practice areas focus on zoning, planning, and land use, and both commercial and residential real estate.

“Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to integrity and professionalism,” said Garigliano. “I’m confident that our clients across the mid-Hudson/Catskills area will benefit from this new arrangement, and enjoy the attention and expertise to which they’ve grown accustomed.”

BSF&B, which already has offices in Goshen and Warwick in Orange County, focuses its practices primarily on estate and business succession planning, commercial and residential real estate, municipal law, and business litigation.

“Our overriding philosophy has been to help others succeed, and we know that Barbara shares that philosophy,” said BSF&B Managing Partner Michael Blustein. “We’re already looking forward to expanding our estate planning and business litigation practices into Sullivan County.”

Walter Garigliano will continue to practice law as a sole practitioner, with his practice limited to industrial development agencies, land development corporations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
