Hudson Valley law firm Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone, LLP is proud to announce the expansion of its real estate law and municipal law teams with the addition of attorney Susie C. Sohn.
Ms. Sohn holds over 15 years’ experience working as counsel on real estate development, real estate finance, economic development and commercial transactions.

Prior to joining Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone, LLP, Ms. Sohn was with the Office of the New York City Comptroller in New York, N.Y. serving as the Associate General Counsel for real estate, economic development, and commercial transactions for the City’s pension funds. Prior to this, she also spent time as Counsel, Real Estate, for the New York City Economic Development Corporation in New York, N. Y.

Ms. Sohn also serves on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Bar Association of Orange and Sullivan Counties.
Ms. Sohn earned her Juris Doctorate from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University in New York, N.Y., her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Cornell University in Ithaca, N.Y. and her Master of Arts in American Studies from the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Ind.
She has been admitted to both the New York and New Jersey Bar.
