Gardiner “Tad” Barone, named an Upstate New York Super Lawyers honoree in the field of business litigation 13 consecutive years, has over two decades of litigation and trial experience.

He devotes his time to the trial of complex commercial, corporate, and municipal litigation cases, and in advising clients with respect to resolving business disputes and corporate affairs. Tad also represents several local municipal planning boards, and represents and advises developers in land use and zoning matters.
