Peyton Miller focuses his practice on municipal law and landlord/tenant matters.

Before joining Blustein, Shapiro, Frank & Barone, LLP in January 2026, Peyton served as an Associate at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP in Livingston, N.J., where he managed an active litigation and advisory caseload, representing clients in state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and regulatory forums. He also served as outside general counsel to several clients, drafting and negotiating employment and commercial agreements. Prior to that, Peyton served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable James R. Paganelli, J.A.D. of the New Jersey Appellate Division, and Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. He also gained federal court experience as a Judicial Intern at the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey, in 2021. 

Peyton, who lives in Goshen, earned his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. He was admitted to the New York bar in 2026 and is also admitted to practice in New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
